-- Must Be 18 Years Or Older

-- May Not Be Pregnant Or Nursing

-- May Not Be Diabetic, Taking Any Blood Thinning Medications Or Have Glaucoma

-- May Not Have Any Skin Condition Such As Eczema, Keloids, Psoriasis, Ect

-- May Not Have Heart Conditions, Pace Maker, Defibrillator

-- Undergoing Chemotherapy / Radiation

-- Had An Organ Transplant

-- Must Be Off Accutane For 1 Year

-- Botox And Fillers Must Be Done 8 Weeks Prior Or After Scheduled Appointment 

-- Refrain From Retin-A, Glycolics, Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Chemical Peels, And fish Oil 2 Weeks Prior To Your Appointment

-- Lip Procedures May Not Have Any History Of Cold Soar Blisters, If So... You Must Be On Anti-Viral Medication 2-3 Days Prior To Your Appointment And A Total Of 7 Days

-- If You Are Under A Doctors Care, Please Consult With Your Physician First Before Booking  A Procedure, A Doctors Note Will Be Required For Clearance

do not meet all

All booking fees are final!

Under no circumstances are

procedures non-refundable

or non-transferable.

We reserve the right to refuse

service to anyone at any time.

Photos/Videos/Audio taken

during appointments may be

used for our social media.

RESCHEDULING/

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand things

happen, if you need to cancel

or reschedule an

appointment, please do so by

notifying MSA 24 hours prior

to your scheduled appointment.

 If you cancel / reschedule on the 

same day, 

you will be charged 50% of your service, 

If you are a no show / no call ,

 we will charge you 100% of your service.

NO SHOW :

If you fail to show up to your

appointment, you will be

banned from all future

appointments.

TARDINESs.

We recommend you arrive

15min early to your

appointment to fill out

forms. A 15 minute grace

period is given if you are

running late. If you are more

than 15 minutes late, your

appointment will

automatically be canceled.

You may reschedule another

appointment for another day.

GUESTS :

For your safety & protection,

 No extra guests, children, or pets allowed. 

No exception do to sanitary and cross contamination reasons.

Payments are accepted in cash or debit / credit.
Tips are appreciated by cash or Zelle .
